Behavioral Charges

We know your pup may be an angel around you at home but when it comes to grooming some pups don't like being handled and groomed and are defiante throught the whole process. This may require more then one of our technicians to complete the grooming. If the behavior is excessive there will be an addtional service charge of $25. Please discuss the temperment of you pet with one of our groomers.

Additional Services

Flea Baths

We are committed to helping you combat fleas and keep your pet “flea free.” First, we start with administering a CAPSTAR to your pet on arrival to kill live adult fleas and eggs. Next, we bathe your pet in a flea shampoo that is NOT an insecticide, rather, consists of natural orange oil. It is gentle yet effective in combating fleas. Finally, we recommend an ongoing flea program for your pet that you may purchase in the retail section of The Pet Salon.

Puppy Baths

The Pet Salon is now offering a new puppy service for your pet. Bring your puppy in for a baby powder scented bath, brush out, nail trim, ear cleaning, and quick trim (eye area, paws, and sanitary trim) for $24.95 plus tax. Puppies who do not require a quick trim pay $20.95 plus tax. Your puppy must be older then 6 weeks and not older then 6 months.

Soothing Baths

Does your dog have dry, itchy skin due to seasonal allergies? We offer a soothing oatmeal bath to help calm your dog’s skin. We also have a hypo allergenic shampoo for dogs with allergies and an allerpet shampoo for dogs to help owners who have allergies! In addition, we offer deep remoisturizing treatment for extreme dry and itchy skin that will leave your dog feeling calm and clean.

Scented & Special Baths

We offer a variety of scented baths, including, Pina Colada, Very Berry, Green Apple, Baby Powder, Rainforest, Spiced Apple and Prickly Pear. We also offer special whitening shampoo for white hair dogs and shampoo for black dogs to keep the coat looking smooth and conditioned. Ask about our holiday scents!

Furminator

By far the most popular product to reduce shedding 60-80% over a 4 to 6 week period. The Furminator system is NOT a chemical treatment. Both shampoo and conditioner contain natural ingredients designed to enhance the condition of the skin while reducing excessive shedding. Prices vary depending on size and breed of dog. Starting at $18.95.

Designer Colognes

Treat your pet to a designer cologne after the bath to keep that clean, fresh scent. Available scents include: Arfmani, White Dalmatians, CK-9, Timmy Holedigger, Aramutts, Beautifur, Bono Sports, Fursions Light Blue and Polo.
