Cancellation Policy

We require 24-hour notice prior to the scheduled appointment, or a $20.00 cancellation fee will be assessed. ALL NO SHOWS will be charged a fee of $20.00 per pet.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation/no-show to your credit card on file.

Pet Pick-up Policy

Pets must be picked up by 5:00 PM Wednesday through Saturday, 6:00 PM Tuesday.

Late Arrivals: We cannot guarantee the Pet Salon personnel will be a available to stay late. Overtime charges may apply.

Any pet(s) left overnight will be charged $50.00 per pet.
